October 23, 2026 — A cold shower

The results of the PET scan performed last Monday unfortunately show that the disease’s progression is not favorable.

Compared to the examination at the beginning of September, we can notably observe the reappearance of the mass at the level of the psoas muscle, bone lesions and, above all, a very significant tumor activity.

In summary, the previous chemotherapy protocol resulted in a good response at the level of the central nervous system, but did not allow for the expected remission of the rest of the disease.

A new treatment protocol, the fifth since the beginning of my treatment journey, has therefore been proposed to me. It will begin next Monday.

As you can imagine, this is a difficult new situation, especially since we had hoped to move forward with the bone marrow transplant project.

My morale is not at its best right now. But I am well surrounded, supported by my loved ones and the medical teams who are following me.

I know the path remains difficult and uncertain, but I am still here, determined to continue the fight.

I won't give up anything.
