Why this blog?<\/h2><\/div>

Many of you have contacted me - or tried to - to find out why I've disappeared from the friendly and professional radar. I've been away for several weeks, and you know it's for medical reasons.<\/p>\n

I don't have the time, and frankly don't always have the energy, to reply to each individual to explain the situation and its evolution.<\/p>\n

Inspired by a very dear friend who went through a care journey similar to mine, I've chosen this format to share my news with anyone who'll listen.<\/p>\n

Think of this blog as a logbook<\/strong>. Here you will find :<\/p>\n

  • the reasons for my absence<\/li>\n
  • the stages of the medical marathon that's about to begin<\/li>\n
  • and, from time to time, the color of my emotions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Safyatou will also publish occasional personal posts. She's by my side as always, and is also living this experience in her own way.
